Still feelin crap - so thought another night session on the hill would help. Quite a quick and simple ride up batch valley over to the trig point and down Callow.

Only Nigel and Mark this week, others with battery problems. First time out with my new SPD pedals and although I almost fell sideways on a number of occasions, no injuries. Bit scary on the down hill bit of Callow as it does mean total commitment
